Store availability

OOYAA currently sells and delivers products within Egypt only. Products, colors, prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors accurately, but screen settings may cause slight differences.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. OOYAA may contact you to verify order or delivery information and may refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, the product is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected. If a paid order is cancelled, any amount due will be returned using the applicable payment method.
